Section A) Number of Copies, Naming, Prefix, Selling: A1) Only 1 copy of each animal will be given out this may or may not be on a first come first serve basis. A2) You may not change the Show Name of the animal, If the animal does not have a Show Name you must provide one, once provided you can not change it, The barn name may be changed. Animals who's Show Name has been changed will Immediately be Reclaimed without warning. A3) The EV prefix must be left on the Show Name, you may not add your own prefix, you can not change it my prefix, Dogs who's prefix has been changed to Echo's, Echo Valley's or the prefix has been moved to be a Suffix (at/from...EV or Echo Valley) will Immediately be Reclaimed without warning. A4) You are not allowed to resell the animal, if you no longer want the animal you must send it back to me for rehoming.
Section B) Coat & Shape Requirements B1) You may change the style of the mane and tail of horses as long as it still meets breed standards. B2) Irish Tinker/Gypsy Cobs must have full manes, tails and feathering in accordance with the standards. B3) Hoof Color of horses can not be changed. B4) All Coats contain Custom Public Marking you must have it installed. B5) Docking and Cropping of dogs ears is not allowed, this will be done my me IF I choose to do so. B6) You Can not change the shape of the coat of dogs or cats. B7) You can not change the color of the nose of dogs or cats. B8) Horses will come with my custom brand, no other brand may be added. B9) You can not change the coat/color of the animal. B10) You can not change the Custom Markings the coat contains. B11) You can not change the shape of the body. B12) You can not change the color of the eyes.
Section C) Registration Requirements C1) All Animals must be registered within the Sims Breeders Association. C2) You have 2 weeks to register with a Sims Breeders Association studbook. C3) Animals preregistered before sale need to have their registration info posted on their profiles. C4) You may register the animal with any additional registry you like after the animal is Sims Breeders Association registered not before. C5) Animals not Sims Breeders Association registered will be reclaimed.
Section D)Ownership Requirements D1) No distributing in mass or uploading to the exchange & pay sites. D2) If you no longer wish to own the animal you must send it back to me. D3) Monthly updates are required, I must be tagged in every photo of the animal, and you must join my sales group (it is only for posting updates on the pets I have sold). D4) If you have a website you have 1 month to get a profile made for the animal and a link sent to me. D5) Animals can not be retired or killed off before age 12 for dogs, age 10 for cats & age 18 for horses.
Section E) Other E1) If you have a website and it becomes inactive or deleted I have the right to take back all the animals I ever sold you. E2) If your facebook account becomes inactive or deleted I have the right to take back all the animals I ever sold you. E3) I keep a copy of every animal, in case you loose yours or I need to reclaim the animal. E4) If you brake rules the animal will be reclaimed. E5) Please put Spring at the bottom of you application so I know you read the rules. E6) If you miss more the 2 updates I have the right to take back the animals.
Animals may be reclaimed If: 1) You remove my prefix 2) If you move your site and do not inform me 3) If you retire the animal(s) early 4) If you do not properly register the animal(s) 5) If you do not provide a link to the animal's profile
Additional Rules And Requirements for Breeding Requests Breedings are done on a set scheduled I will not differ from this For Mares I will only breed them ever other year from the time they are 6 (rp bred at 5) to the time they are 22 (rp bred at 21) I only breed from Late Winter (February) to Mid Spring (March) of the SBA Calendar I Will Only Breed If the Mare has not yet foaled (been bred) "this year" and did not have a foal last year I will only breed my set pairs, I will not cross breed outside of these, so don't ask me to breed Stallion A to Mare D
